Commence at the NE corner of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 6, Township 26 South, Range 22 East, Pasco County, Florida and run South 00 degrees 30 minutes 22 seconds West, along the East boundary of said NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, 439.07 feet to the NE corner of the South 2/3 of the E 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 6, thence South 89 degrees 48 minutes 57 seconds West, along the North boundary of said South 2/3 of the E 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, 103.22 feet to the West Right-of-way line of Ellwood Road, for a Point of Beginning, thence South 00 degrees 05 minutes 10 seconds East., along said Right-of-way line 183.28 feet, thence South 89 degrees 49 minutes 08 seconds West, 560.63 feet to the West boundary of the E 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said section 6; thence North 00 degrees 31 minutes 22 seconds East, along said West boundary 183.26 feet to the NW corner of said South 2/3 of the E 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4; thence North 89 degrees 48 minutes 57 seconds East, along the North boundary of the South 2/3 of the E 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, 558.69 feet to the Point of Beginning.
