NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered in the above-styled action in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the Clerk of Pasco County will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
Lots 31 and 32, ORETO AND FRANCINE COMMERCIAL CENTER FIRST ADDITION, PARTIAL REPLAT, according to map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 27, Pages 119 and 120, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida

The North one-half (1/2) of Lot 30, ORETO AND FRANCINE COMMERCIAL CENTER FIRST ADDITION, PARTIAL REPLAT, according to map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 27, Pages 119 and 120, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida
at a Public Sale to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on May 16, 2018.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
