NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on 11th day of July, 2018, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 28 day of August, 2018 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit:
Lot 5, Grove Hill Unit 1, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 7 of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
