NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 20, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-002404-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R10 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and IAN M. LOPEZ A/K/A IAN LOPEZ; SHERMA E. LOPEZ A/K/A SHERMA MOORE LOPEZ A/K/A SHERMA E. MOORE; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Tiffany M. Russell, Clerk of the Circuit Court for ORANGE County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 22ND day of AUGUST, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, HOLLYTREE VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 99 AND 100, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
