NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-006820-O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and STUBBS, CHARLES AND GLORIA L, et al, are Defendants. The clerk TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Orange County's On Line Public Auction website: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on August 28, 2018, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in ORANGE County, Florida as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 119, HIAWASSEE HILLS UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 121, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
