DUBUC; LEXAN INVEST, LLC; ROCK SPRINGS RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Tiffany Moore Russell as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on August 20, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
