NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on August 31, 2018, at 11:00 a.m. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described real property:
Unit No. 52, of Lazy Lagoon, a Residential Cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease, recorded in Official Records Book 1759, Page 718, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida

Mobile Home Type/Model: 1960 MIDW Mobile Home VIN: A2678
The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the County Court of Charlotte County, Florida, in Civil Action No. 17-1190 CC, Lazy Lagoon Homeowners Association, Inc., Plaintiff vs. Hugh B. Thompson, Et AL, Defendants.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
