Final Judgment was awarded on July 31st, 2018 in Civil Case No. 17000417CA, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, MIDFIRST BANK is the Plaintiff, and ALNA MAE A PROMSEEMAI; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIG REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE CORPORTAION dba DITECH.COM; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; THANIN PROMSEEMAI; NATHAN J. GARCIA; TIFFANY A. GARICA are Defendants.
