NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 17, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17000881CC of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Charlotte County, Florida, VILLAS I & II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and HANS WERNER is the Defendant, Roger D. Eaton, Charlotte County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 20th day of August, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit B-1, of THE VILLAS II, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 732, Pages 679 through 732 and First Amendment to Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 744, Pages 1029 through 1031 and according to Condominium Plat Book 4, Page 16A and B, and Amendment to Plat recorded in Condominium Plat Book 4, Page 27, and any subsequent amendmnets thereto, all of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
