TO: SUKRU BAYKUS, if alive, and if dead, all persons or parties claiming an interest in the property as heirs, devisees, grantees, assigns, lienors, creditors, trustees, or other claiming by, through, under or against SUKRU BAYKUS, and all parties or persons having or claiming any right, title, or interest in and to the premises involved in this suit (hereafter collectively referred to as “SUKRU BAYKUS”), and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUKRU BAYKUS, if alive, and if dead, all persons or parties claiming an interest in the property as heirs, devisees, grantees, assigns, lienors, creditors, trustees, or other claiming by, through, under or against THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUKRU BAYKUS, and all parties or persons having or claiming any right, title, or interest in and to the premises involved in this suit (hereafter collectively referred to as “THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUKRU BAYKUS”), and all others to whom it may concern,
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title real property located in Charlotte County, Florida:
Lot 32, Block 4410, South Gulf Cove, Section 78 a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 42A thru J, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on JAMES D. GIBSON, ESQUIRE, the Plaintiff's attorney whose address is GIBSON, KOHL, WOLFF & HRIC, P.L., 1800 Second Street, Suite 717, Sarasota, FL 34236, Primary Email: [email protected] Secondary Email: [email protected] on or before 9/5/18 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition. The Notice of Action shall be published in the Business Observer for 4 consecutive weeks.
