NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated July 31st, 2018, entered in Case No.: 17-000947-CA of the Circuit Court in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein 21st MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and RAYMOND C. TIBBS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAYMOND C. TIBBS; PUNTA GORDA HMA, LLC d/b/a BAYFRONT HEALTH PUNTA GORDA; and UNKNOWN TENANT are the Defendants. That Roger D. Eaton, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on August 24th, 2018 at 11:00 am at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues., the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
Legal: LOTS 9 AND 10, BLOCK 2, WILSON MAZE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 48, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH A 2007 NOBILITY MANUFACTURED HOME, KINGSWOOD MODE:, 44X24 AND HAVING SERIAL NUMBER N8-13051A AND N8-13051B.
NOTICE
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
