NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 23, 2018, and entered in Case No. 53-2018-CA-000763 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation as Trustee for Seasoned Credit Risk Transfer Trust, Series 2016-1, is the Plaintiff and Claudia Sullivan, Michael Sullivan a/k/a Michael J. Sullivan, Mission Hills Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 27th day of August, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
