NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 24, 2015, and Order dated July 26, 2018, and entered in CASE NO: 2012-CA-000541 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-11CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-11CB, is the Plaintiff and DINO ROGGIERO A/K/A DINO M. ROGGIERO; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; ISLAND WALK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; TENANT 1 NKA ANGELA REYNOLDS; AND TENANT 2 NKA JOHN DOE are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM on the 23rd day of August, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
