NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-000183 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, Successor in Interest to Wachovia Bank, N.A., as Trustee J.P. Morgan Mortgage Trust 2005-A3, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Plaintiff and Monica L. Palatano ET AL, are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Crystal K. Kinzel, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 AT 11:00 A.M. on August 23, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 2403, BUILDING 2, STERLING GREENS I, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3571, PAGE 877, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
