THE NORTH 1/2 TRACT 8W, LESS THE NORTH 60 FEET, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 2 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4 AT PAGES(S) 75 AND 76 OF THE PUBLIC RECORD OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
