NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on Order entered on July 26, 2018 in Civil Case No. 15-CA-003382, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein WAYNE M. LINDSAY, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF ELIZABETH W. LINDSAY A/K/A ELIZABETH WALTERS,, is Plaintiff and JANE MARIE MALONE, is Defendant, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for case electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 27th day of August, 2018 at 10:00 AM, EST. on the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
One half interest only in vacant land in said property legally described below: The East 110 feet of the West 1130 feet of the South 223 feet of the North 571 feet of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 29, Township 29 South, Range 21 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, Less the North 25 feet for road right-of-way.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 davs after the sale.
