NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2017-CA-000094-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, LIVE WELL FINANCIAL INC., Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ROBERTA J. GRACY AKA ROBERTA JEAN GRACY, DECEASED, et al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Paula S. O'Neal will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 11:00 A.M., on the 28th day of August, 2018, the following described property:
