TO: KAITLIN ELIZABETH WARD, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE PAMELA B. HEWSON REVOCABLE TRUST UAD 2-11-14, if living, and if deceased, any respective unknown beneficiaries, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, and successor trustees, and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against her, and all parties having any right, title or interest in the property herein described including beneficiaries, devisees and creditors of her.

Lot 64, VENETIAN GOLF & RIVER CLUB, PHASE 4C, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 45, Pages 25A through 25C, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Last Known Address: 414 E. 89th Street, #2R, New York, NY 10128.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint to foreclose a claim of lien has been filed and commenced in this court by the Plaintiff, BRUNELLO AT VENETIAN GOLF & RIVER CLUB PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Mark A. Hanson, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty days from the first date of publication or September 4, 2018; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER.
