NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment/Order of Foreclosure dated July 25, 2018, entered in Civil Case No. 2018 CA 002472 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Courtyard Villas at Center Gate Condominium Association, is Plaintiff, and A. Jay Somers, Jr., and any and all known parties are Defendants. I will sell the following property located in Sarasota County, Florida:
Unit 70, COURTYARD VILLAS AT CENTER GATE, a condominium according to the Declaration recorded in Official Records Book 2086, Page 1609, as amended, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 27, Page 38, in the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby in the Sarasota County Courthouse in the City of Sarasota, Florida, via Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M on August 29, 2018. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made on
or before 5:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
