Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment entered in the above-styled Case Number 2015 CA 006902 on May 11, 2018 in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Condominium Unit No. 17-103, STONEHAVEN, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded as Instrument Number 2007006160, and any amendments and/or supplemental declarations thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota. realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on August 29, 2018. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
