NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 19, 2018, entered in Case No. 17-CA-003829 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein James B. Nutter & Company is the Plaintiff and Michael S. Sudano, as Trustee of the Nicholas R. Sudano Family Trust UTD November 7, 2011; Unknown Beneficiaries of the Nicholas R. Sudano Family Trust UTD November 7, 2011; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; Rose Garden Villas Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 23rd day of August, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT 507, ROSE GARDEN VILLAS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1746, PAGES 642 - 690, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
