NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 23, 2018 in Case No. 17-CC-005227 in the County Court in and for Lee County, Florida wherein OAKWOOD OWNERS ASSOCIATION INC., a Florida non-profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and TAMESHIA SPEARS, et al, is the Defendant, I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 9:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on August 23, 2018. Foreclosure Auctions will be held online at www.lee. realforeclose.com in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:

A/K/A: 2607 5TH STREET W, LEHIGH ACRES, FL 33971.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
