NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 29, 2018 and an Order Canceling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 24, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: l7-CA-002938 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2007-HE2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HE2, Plaintiff, and MARK A. PAPP; LAURA D. PAPP; MEADOWS EDGE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC; are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 3 day of October, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 209, UNIT 57, MIRROR LAKES, SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 144, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
