Unit Week No. 41 in Condominium Parcel 109 of HURRICANE HOUSE, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1889, at Page 2681 in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all Amendments thereto, if any.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Lien Foreclosure entered 7/24/18 in a case pending in said Court in the above-styled cause.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
