NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned, Clerk of Circuit and County Courts of Lee County, Florida, will on August 24, 2018, beginning 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Lee County, Florida:
Unit Week No. 35 in Condominium Parcel 112 AND Unit Week Nos. 38 in Condominium Parcel 116 of HURRICANE HOUSE, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1889, at Page 2681 in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all Amendments thereto, if any.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Lien Foreclosure entered 7/24/18 in a case pending in said Court in the above-styled cause.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
