NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 19, 2018, and entered in 17-CA-002976 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2005-HY1, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HY1 is the Plaintiff and RUDOLF DUNGEL A/K/A RUDOLPH DUNGEL, AS TRUSTEE OF THE GREEN LAND TRUST AGREEMENT DATED 16TH DAY OF FEBRUARY 2006; RUDOLF DUNGEL A/K/A RUDOLPH DUNGEL are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on November 16, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
