NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 26, 2018, entered in Case No. 18-CA-001207 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust is the Plaintiff and Symantha R. Crowell a/k/a Symantha Robyn Crowell a/k/a S. Crowell; Unknown Spouse of Symantha R. Crowell a/k/a Symantha Robyn Crowell a/k/a S. Crowell; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for America's Wholesale Lender are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the August 27, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 20 AND 21, BLOCK 496, UNIT 21, CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 149 THROUGH 173, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
