NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2017-CA-001797 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SunTrust Mortgage, Inc., Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors and Lienors of Marion E. Karraker, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant (s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on August 27, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: APARTMENT NO. 1, OF NORMARC CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2204, PAGE 1079 ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO; ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
