NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-000039 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Kristinn V. Blondal a/k/a Kristinn Blondal are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on August 27, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

SUBJECT TO AND TOGETHER WITH THE HEREINABOVE DESCRIBED ROADWAY EASEMENT 50 FEET WIDE AND AN EXTENSION THEREOF NORTHERLY TO THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF BROADWAY.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
