NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 26, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-002508, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2007-2, NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JUANA SALDANA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUANA SALDANA; ESTATE OF JUANA SALDANA; LAURA ANDRADE; MONICA SALDANA; FATIMA CASTILLO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FATIMA CASTILLO N/K/A JUAN CASTILLO; UNKNOWN TENANT#1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A JESSIE MEDINA; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A JUAN CASTILLO, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 27 day of AUGUST, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, OF STIMPSON'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, AT PAGE 159, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
