NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 19 day of July, 2018, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-001266, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ELSA FOY A/K/A ELSA RODRIGUEZ FOY; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. LINDA DOGGETT as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 20 day of August, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 15, 16, AND 17, BLOCK 3708, UNIT 50, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 155 THROUGH 162, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
