NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 17, 2018 in Civil Case No. 17-CA-003513, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2005-1 is the Plaintiff, and PAULA N. HARTSFIELD A/K/A PAULA NICOLE MACGEORGE A/K/A PAULA NICOLE HARTSFIELD A/K/A PAULA MACGEORGE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAULA N. HARTSFIELD A/K/A PAULA NICOLE MACGEORGE A/K/A PAULA NICOLE HARTSFIELD A/K/A PAULA MACGEORGE; UNIFUND CCR PARTNERS ASSIGNEE OF PALISADES ACQUISITION XVI; CHASE BANK USA, N.A.; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA), NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A CAPITAL ONE BANK; LHR INC. AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO FIRST EQUITY; CHRIS HARTSFIELD A/K/A CHRISTOPHER SHANE HARTSFIELD A/K/A CHRISTOPHER HARTFIELD A/K/A CHRISTOPHER S. HARTSFIELD; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on August 23, 2018 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 17, BLOOMINGDALE, SECTION “R”, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
