NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 16, 2018, entered in Case No. 17-CA-008155 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for IndyMac INDX Mortgage Loan Trust 2007-AR17, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2007-AR17 is the Plaintiff and Luis Padilla a/k/a L. Padilla; Unknown Spouse of Luis Padilla a/k/a L. Padilla ; Teresa Colon a/k/a Teressa Colon; Clerk of Court, Hillsborough County, Florida; City of Tampa are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 22nd day of August, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 11 AND THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 12, BLOCK 4, OF OAK PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
