Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 26, 2018, in the above-styled cause, in the County Court of Hillsborough County, Pat Frank, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
Lot 35, of OAKS AT SHADY CREEK PHASE 1, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat 125, Page 17, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida;
at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, in an online sale at http://hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on September 14, 2018, at 10:00 a.m., or as soon as possible thereafter, after first having given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
