NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on 16th day of July, 2018, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 22 day of August, 2018 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel known as Lot 7, of Riverview Estates, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations and easements, as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 4819, Page 142, together with any amendments thereto, and according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 9, Page 35, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Together with that certain 1986 Edge mobile home with Vehicle Identification Number: GAFL1AF390710202.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
