NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 16, 2018, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-003069, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”) is Plaintiff and FRANCIS HAYDEN A/K/A FRANCIS M. HAYDEN; JULIETTA A. HAYDEN A/K/A JULIETA HAYDEN A/K/A JULIET S. HAYDEN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BANK OF AMERICA N.A.,; are defendants. PAT FRANK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 22nd day of August, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK A OF COUNTRY HILLS EAST, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT BOOK 82, PAGE(S) 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
