NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-010763 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PROF-2013-M4 Legal Title Trust II, by U.S. Bank National Association, as Legal Title Trustee, Plaintiff and Quy Thanh Nguyen are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on August 23, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE NORTH 3.00 ACRES OF LOT J, LESS THE WEST 200.00 FEET, TOGETHER WITH THE WEST 15.00 FEET OF THE NORTH 395.35 FEET OF LOT K, LESS THE NORTH 30.00 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY, REVISED MAP OF THE FLORIDA GARDENLANDS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
