THE NORTH 100.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH 200.00 FEET OF THE NORTH 349.92 FEET OF THE EAST 331.9 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4, HILLSBOROUGH, FLORIDA. LESS THE EAST 30.00 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD.
