NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment in Favor of Plaintiff, Twin Lakes of Brandon Homeowners' Association, Inc. entered in this action on the 26th day of July, 2018, Pat Frank, Clerk of Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on September 14, 2018 at 10:00 A.M., the following described property:
Lot 60, Block A, A REPLAT OF A PORTION OF BLOCK A, TWIN LAKES, PARCELS A1, B1 and C, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 81, Page 30 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 3015 Beaver Pond Trail, Valrico, Florida 33596 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
