52-2012-CA-007421 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein US Bank National Association, as Trustee for Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Securities Corp., Home Equity Asset Trust 2004-7, Home Equity Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-7 is the Plaintiff and Sharon L Grabowski; Matthew J Grabowski; Any
and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Forest Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 The Names Being Fictitious To Account For Parties In Possession are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 22nd day of August, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 67, THE HAMLETS OF FOREST LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 86, PAGE 80 THROUGH 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
