NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure (IN REM) dated July 23, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 15-007510-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-50CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-50CB, Plaintiff, and WILLIAM JOHN EICHENBERGER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; STATE OF FLORIDA; CLERK OF THE COURT, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 12th day of September, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure (IN REM), to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 1, WESTGATE MANOR THIRTY-FIFTH AVENUE REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 63 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
