NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 25, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-003970-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-18, is the Plaintiff and Bella Vista on Lake Seminole Condominium Association, Inc., Jennifer Fighera, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., and Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 28th day of August, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT O-201, OF BELLA VISTA ON LAKE SEMINOLE, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14516, PAGE 465, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTERST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
