YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, SCOTSDALE VILLA CONDOMINIUM II ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit 1718, BUILDING 171, SCOTSDALE VILLA CONDOMINIUM II, PHASE II, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of SCOTSDALE VILLA CONDOMINIUM II, PHASE II, as recorded in Official Records Book 5461, Page 1383-1448, and amendments thereto, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 66, Pages 52-61, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 1142 Montrose Place, Dunedin, Florida, 34698.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant & Greenberg, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 9-4-18, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
