NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 26, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 18-000031-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF10 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and YVELISE DELIAH CHANDLER; BRENDA L. CHANDLER; THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM M. CHANDLER A/KA WILLIAM MONTAQUE CHANDLER, DECEASED; SPRINGCASTLE FINANCE FUNDING TRUST, THROUGH ITS TRUSTEE WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF WILLIAM M. KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 6th day of September, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 7, QUAIL RUN, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, PAGE 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
