NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 24, 2018, and entered in Case No. 18-000890-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE WINSTON AND DIXIE, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, is the Plaintiff, and PAUL WORDSWORTH and SPARKY BROS., LLC, a Florida limited liability company, are the Defendants, the Clerk of said Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m., on September 26, 2018, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, LESS THE NORTHEASTERLY 5 FEET, BLOCK 73, RE-PLAT ST. PETERSBURG BEACH SUB-DIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 28 AND 29, PUBLIC RECORD OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
commonly known as 7691 Coquina Way, St. Petersburg Beach, FL 33706.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
