II Trust 2006-AR4, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series, 2006-AR4, is the Plaintiff and Julie Connard, Mark Connard, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for RBS Citizens, etc. and Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 28th day of August, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
