NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 4th 2018, and entered in Case No. 13-008133-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.s. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Credit Suisse First Boston
Mortgage Securities Corp., Home Equity Asset Trust 2006-7, Home Equity Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-7, is the Plaintiff and Scott Mcintosh Aka Scott M. Mcintosh, Susan Mcintosh Aka Susan Chipperfield Mcintosh, Beacon Terrace Owners Association, Inc., Suntrust Bank, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 30th day of August, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
