NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 11, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-007586-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2005-HE7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HE7 is Plaintiff and DORA E. YOUNG; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DORA E. YOUNG; KENNETH H. YOUNG A/K/A KENNITH H. YOUNG A/K/A KENNETH YOUNG; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KENNETH H. YOUNG A/K/A KENNITH H. YOUNG A/K/A KENNETH YOUNG; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 30 day of August, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 139.7 FEET OF THE NORTH 117.0 FEET OF FARM 20, IN THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 29, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PINELLAS FARMS, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 4 AND 5, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART, LESS THE EAST 61.7 FEET THEREOF AND LESS THAT PORTION LYING WITHIN 30.00 FEET OF THE NORTH LINE OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 29.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
