NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 12-010307-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2006-HE1 TRUST, ASSET BACKED FUNDING CORPORATION ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES, Plaintiff, and, JESSE ASHER A/K/A JESSE W. ASHER, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 28th day of August, 2018, the following described property:
LOT 112, CLEARWATER MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 66, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
