NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 31, 2018, and entered in the above styled cause now pending in said Court, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on August 30, 2018, www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 17 of CYPRESS GLEN, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 36, Page 63, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
